Greetings to our Hope Restored Bulgaria family friends, partners, sponsors, and supporters,

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude and reflect on the impact of our 2025 Christmas Outreach Project. This initiative was one of the most dynamic and meaningful outreaches we have led in recent years, and its success is a direct result of your continued trust, generosity, and partnership.

During our time in Bulgaria, we were able to distribute fruit, gifts, sweet bags, and Christmas boxes to children throughout the Dobrich region. Seeing joy, dignity, and hope restored in these communities was both humbling and deeply rewarding. In addition, we were honored to provide meals for over 500 individuals during this short but impactful mission window meeting both physical and emotional needs in tangible ways.

We also had the opportunity to visit the pediatric ward at Dobrich Hospital, where we are working closely with hospital leadership on a critical need: securing an additional incubator machine. Currently, the hospital has only one functioning unit. For families with premature babies, this equipment is not optional it is lifesaving. Given the limited medical resources in the Dobrich region, this project has become a top priority for us as we plan toward 2026, and we will be actively working from the United States to help make this possible.

Looking ahead, we are excited to share that Hope Restored Bulgaria will be expanding into new territory by serving a new village in the Dobrich region. Additionally, we are strengthening our collaboration with the Dobrich Municipality, working hand-in-hand to identify and address critical community needs across the region.
